Annual Maintenance & Service Contracts

The ultimate aim of the Oxygen team is to offer complete peace of mind to our clients. The kind of support offered by us through our Annual Maintenance/ Service Contracts (AMC) enables our clients to focus absolutely on their core businesses.

Our trained Engineers are well equipped to restore any IT Infrastructure back to its normal working condition within the least lead time. We are providing AMCs with different options to suit different class of customers.

Our highly skilled engineers install, maintain and repair Windows‐based Servers &PCs, Linux Based Servers, Macintosh computers, terminals, modems, and network connections. We provide on-site, off-site and online support based on the situational requirement.

Our Annual Maintenance/Service Contract will ensure the following:

  • Attend service calls within the shortest time duration, usually within two hours
  • Repair/replace the defective hardware components (at our cost for comprehensive warranty)
  • Do preventive maintenance of hardware twice in every month
  • Optimize the settings for efficient performance
  • Check for virus, along with Preventive Maintenance.
  • Emergency Services – On Call
  • Checking & Optimization of LAN & WLAN Networks & Printers

AMC may be categorized as:

  • Comprehensive ‐ We provide service and repair/replace the defective parts at our cost.
  • Service only ‐ We provide service only.
